The general process for buying one of our new construction homes at any of our Long Island locations is:
First, make an appointment with one of our new home specialists. They’ll give you a free and relaxed tour of the developments that are available to suit your family’s needs, budgets, and commutes.
Second, you can physically walk through the homes, many of which are fully completed and available for immediate delivery. You can come as many times as you and your family would like. Buying a brand new home is an important decision and we want you to be fully aware of, and comfortable with, the homes and communities.
Third, there are independent on-site banks that will run your credit for free and analyze different monthly payment options for you, as well as discuss some of the tax benefits of owning a home. They can also provide mortgage literature for you to review later.
Fourth, when you are comfortable and have had all your questions answered to your satisfaction, you can proceed to contract with a relatively low down payment amount.
Fifth, you apply for a mortgage and in as few as 30-45 days you can move into your new home!
